WEEK 2 - 05/02/18. LECTURE - The lecture was on 'Reflective Writing', which is about exploration or examination about ourselves and the actions that we do. This type of writing is normally written but can also be spoken/verbal. It is a rational/an unemotional aspect of how a person feels about something they are dealing with. This is undertaken to develop an understanding, learning and skills. There are three elements to Reflective Writing, namely 'What?': this describes what has happened and what you and others have been doing; 'So What?': this uses theory to assist a person to make sense of why things happen, and 'New What'?: what are you going to do next time. SEMINAR - We presented the Business Case study assignment by groups and had feedback from the Seminar Tutor as what needs improving and the right way to approach the steps of an analyst by using SWAT Analysis and PESTEL models to get it right.
